Dry Creek focuses on value credit opportunities including the acquisition of sub/non-performing commercial real estate loans, lower middle market and small business distressed debt and special situations. Dry Creek typically purchases at a discount debt obligations backed by commercial real estate or business assets and/or refinances existing obligations. Dry Creek will then provide funding for a turnaround plan and growth.
