A veteran of both the turnaround and distressed debt industries, Nate brings a unique philosophy to the resolution of distressed situations by looking first to assist the business instead of attempting to take ownership of the underlying business assets.
Receiving a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University before earning his Master of Business from the University of Notre Dame Australia, Nate credits his time at KPMG and Development Specialists, Inc. as his biggest influences.
Steve is a Partner at Dry Creek Capital Partners with over 20 years experience in deal sourcing, execution and asset management. Prior to joining Dry Creek, Steve was a Partner at Excelsior Capital Partners. Previously, Steve was with Summit Investment Management, Dubin Clark Private Equity and in the capital markets division at A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo).
Steve earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a MAcc and a BBA from the University of Missouri.
A former President of the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and current committee member of its global organization. He is also involved in several other industry organizations.
Andrew is a founding member of Dry Creek Capital Partners and is now a Partner. In this capacity, he works towards underwriting new opportunities and as an asset manager. Prior to joining Dry Creek, Andrew spent 11 years working in both distressed asset management and commercial real estate financing, including facilitating the turnaround of both operating company and commercial real estate assets. Andrew has developed hands-on expertise in the management, strategy, and disposition of a wide range of assets.
Over the last eight years, Andrew has had material roles in the financing, conversion, and exit of distressed loans, including the harvesting of assets across industry and location.
Andrew graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Mark has 25+ years experience at distressed investment firms originating, evaluating and underwriting investments totaling over $1 billion. Prior to Dry Creek Capital Partners, Mark was a co-founder and Managing Partner of Excelsior Capital Partners, a portfolio company of a multi-billion dollar Private Equity and Hedge Fund investing in distressed debt, special situations and specialty lending across commercial real estate and operating companies. Mark's experience allows potential investments to be quickly evaluated to deploy capital in a timely manner. Mark earned his BSBA and MBA from the University of Denver.
